Added IPv6 Blocking for sites that have gotten IPv6 Addresses since the last update.

Blocked ads and popups on a few sites, such as Wonkette and SDTimes.

Attempted to block the video ads in the IMDb App. Better than before, but not perfect . . . :/

Many Russian and French site and app improvements.
